As a small business, we are open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM CST. We typically ship orders within 4-6 business days. Once your package has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation sent to the email address you provided with your order.
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it yet, it's not uncommon for USPS to mark packages as delivered a day early. We recommend waiting 24 hours to see if it arrives.
Once we ship a package, we're unable to track it ourselves, outside if the tracking number we provide, so the best option is to contact your local post office for assistance. They can often provide more detailed information.
If you need to change the delivery address on your recent order, please email us at shopkarmateeswf@gmail.com with your order number and the correct shipping address as soon as possible.
Please note that once an order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
If you've accidentally ordered the wrong size, we can make that change for you as long as your order hasn't been shipped. Please email us at shopkarmateeswf@gmail.com with your order number and the correct size you'd like to receive.
All of our tees are a traditional, unisex fit, making them versatile for everyone. For an oversized look, we recommend sizing up 1-2 sizes to achieve a more relaxed fit.
Additionally, each of our product pages includes a size guide, complete with measurements.
If you need to exchange a tee, please reach out to us at shopkarmateeswf@gmail.com to start the process. Once we receive the original item, we will send your new tee within 4-6 business days.
